ldapsam and account policy

Why am I seeing this in my logs....?  I am starting with a clean
server against the latest SAMBA_3_0 tree.....


ldapsam_set_account_policy: Could not set account policy for
sambaDomainName=VALE,dc=plainjoe,dc=org, error: Undefined attribute type
(sambaPwdHistoryLength: attribute type undefined)

I realize I would have to update the schema but I shouldn't
be seeing this anyways since I have not migrated the account_pol.tdb
settings at all.
