Nope.  You're correct.  That fix was post 3.0.11.  I think
that once jeremy finished the shared excel workbook bug and
I deal with derrel's libsmbclient fixes, we'll move on
to rc1.

John, this will step up the schedule some.  Sorry.  This will
put the final release if all goes well between the 19th and
the 26th (hopefully closer to the 19th).
