But 'make test' is not necessarily run as root.  So if smbd
is not run as root, how can you actually create users and groups?
Regardless of whether or not we could create new unix accounts,
I don't think we should here.  Mostly because that is too
invasive to the host system IMO.  Especially when we turn
these tests on in the build farm.
