[Samba] Microsoft hotfix MS04-011, breaks Samba password change.

I ported this to HP CIFS Server on HPUX and it works against WinXP and
Win2k.

And here is a (preliminary) patch against 2.2.8a

Please test this to see if it fixes the problem with password
changing.
