Cleaning up samba4

Hi Tridge,

any objections if I remove all unused stuff from Makefile.in

and all unused files from CVS.

That means we'll only link smbd, smbtorture, ndrdump, gentest

and all other stuff currently not catched by make all
will be gone (wrepld/* nmbd/* libads/* ...)

I think we should readd this stuff when it will be used
(we should also then port the specified stuff from 3.0
  which has in some cases bugfixes)

What do you think?
