generic smb_register_module() fn in 3.0.0

Hi Jelmer,

it would be nice to see a generic
smb_register_module(const char *subsystem, const void *arg)
function in the 3.0.0 release to be compatible with future releases.

(the old smb_register_vfs() ... fn's should still be supported!)

I now you have a patch for this and some other things...

it would be nice if you could commit this stuff soon.
If the completed change will not be accepted,
it would nice if you can just a the smb_register_module() fn and let it 
call the old functions to do the job for now.
because it would be very nice for compatibility ...

(I can code this up if you haven't time atm...)
