Use an EA to store dos attributes

Yes there is already a patch in my inbox for this. I would definately consider
it for 3.0 - but I'm franticly working on getting the smb signing right (this
will be a *big* deal w.r.t. krb5 security attacks soon....). The limiting factor
has been testing time.
