Current Ports, Types, etc.

Everything you need (and probably too much more) is at 
  http://ubiqx.org/cifs/

Basically, though, block these ports to protect the server:

  135/udp/tcp)
  137/udp
  138/udp
  139/tcp
  445/tcp
