win2000 compatibility ?

You have to use swat at root and use the password function to re-do all of
the users passwords and make sure that the password server in the Global
section is correctly specified.  Also take a look to see if your passwords
are set to encryption.

we have a net with IRIX (silicon graphics) with SAMBA 1.9.18p10 and NT4´s ,
and everything was right, until the
new PS´s came(they came with WIN2K).
the problem is that every user has no problem if the init the session in
NT4, but if they init in win2k, appears a window
asking for user/password.
