configure --with-fhs?

Hi,

I noticed that the latest configure script for Samba-2.2.x (CVS) contains
the option --with-fhs ...

However, this does not seem to do what I would expect, which is change the
Makefile so that binaries etc go in FHS-defined places rather than
/usr/local/samba.

What is this option for?
