NetBIOS-free SMB protocol on port 445 in Windows 2000/XP

No, my gripe is against using DNS names and IP addresses to identify
NetBIOS services.  Port 445 gets rid of the NBT (NetBIOS over TCP layer)
so DNS is appropriate.
