Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you on this.  If I use a win2k
client, then I get the failure.  If I do the exact same test on winNT 4.0,
then I don't get the failure.  

Once again, I've enclosed a level 10 debug. (and actually attached it this
time)

What do you get on a W2K server ? A debug 10 log would
help again thanks.
