The question was: "It is possible to put two WINS servers for Samba?"

In general, people only use one WINS server.  The reasoning behind this
is that, even with two WINS servers specified (primary, secondary),
client Windows systems send their name registrations to only one WINS
server.  Should the primary fall over, the clients will begin talking
to the secondary server.

The secondary server will not have the same list of registered names as
the primary server *unless* the secondary has a replication arrangement
with the primary.  WINS replication is a proprietary extension not
listed in RFC 1001 or RFC 1002.

There have been a few attempts to figure out how WINS replication
works, but there has not been much interest.  Same goes for WINS
failover, I believe.
