duplicated usernames, unknown account in NT "permissions" dialog (2.0.7)

Hi,

I see the point, seems like a good idea.

Problem is that if I don't give people admin rights they have to re-logon
all the time for installations (and I can't take it from them on the
Windows comps). On the other hand they want to be able to log on
everywhere too...
