Hmm, stock 3.0.7 with official fileflags & crtimes patches was working and
3.0.9 with those patches is not?  That's weird.  I don't have access to an OS X
box at the moment, but should be able to look into this in the future.  If
anyone wants to dive in and debug, feel free.
