Assuming the above was all on one line:
Rsync.exe -a -v --progress --delete --ignore errors --force
/cygdrive/N/ ##-- this is the N drive
/cygdrive/ ##-- this is ALL the drives that cygwin can find
"//SPEICHER/... ##-- this is the TARGET. The above TWO parameters are sources.

This comes from the SECOND SOURCE PARAMETER /cygdrive/
