using rsync for jar file

I'm pretty sure that "ssh -l user at host1" isn't going to do anything but
get you the usage screen for SSH. You don't need the -l with the
user at host syntax. Also, it can't hurt to add a -v to your rsync
arguments to get some more details about what it's doing. -r is also
implied with -a and is not necessary.
