rusty-fuzzy.diff inside the 2.6.2 tarball was most likely created without the
'-N' option to diff. It references and requires a file called "alternate.c"
which isn't available in original rsync, it should be provided by this patch,
but it isn't. This file can be fetched from rsync-fuzzy.diff from older (2.5.x)
versions of rsync.
