Hi all
I have configured rsync server with following
configurations

/etc/rsyncd.conf
##################
uid = nobody
gid = nobody
use chroot = yes
max connections = 40
read only = false
strict modes = false
syslog facility = local5
motd file = /etc/rsyncd.motd
pid file = /var/run/rsyncd.pid
log file= /var/log/rsyncd.log
[test]
path = /test/abc
auth users = user
secrets file = /etc/rsyncd.secrets
strict modes = false
###################
/etc/rsyncd.secrets
############
user:abc
then I tried to push the data
rsync -avzvvvv --force /test/abc/mytest
user at XX.XX.XX.XX::test/
Password:
Password:
local_version=24 remote_version=26
building file list ... make_file(3,mytest)
make_file(3, mytest/abc)
make_file(3,mytest/abc/abc)
done
[32677] i=0 <NULL> mytest mode=040777 len=4096
[32677] i=1 mytest abc mode=040777 len=4096
[32677] i=2 mytest/abc abc mode=0100644 len=20
send_file_list done
file list sent
send_files starting
after this the rsync hangs I have to press control +c
Any ideas????
