rsync ported to BeOS-bone

Oh, btw, forgot to tell about the make check log attached.
Besides the hardlink test (the native BeOS fs, bfs doesn't 
support them), for the 2 other failed checks I had to kill rsync,
as it looked locked in select(), not sure why though.

But I rsynced 800MB from the slackware-current tree, so to me 
it works already quite well.
