Rsync between given time stamps

Hello,

I read somewhere that we could use 'rsync' to only synchronize files which
time stamps go from "inf" to "sup" by using --include-from combined to the
output of 'find' used properly, but is there anything planned to include
this ability in rsync directly, like it is done for another syncing
program like "syncdir" for example where it is done by using the option
--mtime ?

I think it would be a very nice functionality for rsync, which I find so
easy and so great to use otherwise.
