Speaking of which, every FOM link seems to be broken, like this:

which, of course, really should just be:

http://rsync.samba.org/cgi-bin/rsync.fom?file=10

AFAICT, it looks like > is supposed to match <, and bracket the
anchor text.  Instead, it's getting inserted into the URL itself, and
mangled accordingly.
