Ok, I am getting somewhere now...but still a long way, I think. Here is
the activity log:

testor is WinNT machine: running rsync V 2.4.6 as daemon (service) in
c:\Rsync\rsync.exe

I am still getting the same 'read error: Connection reset by peer' error
but at least, I am getting some (probably all) files across. 

Secondly, I am not sure why all these directories are being skipped ?
Must be the way I have setup my rsyncd.conf. Can someone point out the
mistake I am making ?
