- Changed ITEM_UPDATING to ITEM_TRANSFER.
- Added defines ITEM_HARD_LINKED, ITEM_LOCAL_CHANGE,
  ITEM_REPORT_XATTRS, and SIGNIFICANT_ITEM_FLAGS.
- Changed the "next" var in struct hlink into an int.
