My Dell OptiPlex PC is obsolescent. It has a 32-bit Pentium 4 CPU at 2.8 
GHz, with 1 GHz of memory.

And it runs Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Precise. Which will will reach its end of 
life in April this year.

I remember disliking the user-friendliness of Legacy OS (Puppy Linux).

Though I also have a laptop running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Xenial.
