Steve, you got so excited about the list flaming Apple that I think
you forgot to say what the 'event' is.

I'm still sad that the G3 Pismo laptop I bought from sjh died a few
years back - it ran various Linuxes quite well.

If you compare the current Apple notebooks spec for spec with the
likes of Lenovo, they're nowhere near as overpriced as they once were.
