The phone is a 6120c.    Yes I did select PC-Suite Mode.  It's only then that
networkmanager pop's the "mobile broadband" notification.  If I select storage device then
I get the usual disk notification.

If it's not going by CLUG night I might bring it along so that all and sundry can have a
play. :-)
