The problem with Netbooks is that they do not have all the capabilities 
that full notebooks have, or options.
I remember before they came out Dell sold normal notebooks for $699 or 
so, but no longer.

Im going to try giving Dell a call to see if I can get one with No 
Operating System or DOS in Australia.
Lenovo seems to have one notebook with DOS which saves $209 off the 
windows price.
