So something I am involved with needs to enable wireless with authentication
and tracking of upload and download sometime soon.

Does anyone know of an existing Access Point on the market that can do WPA2
and be able to track the upload and download amounts of each user who
autneticates to it?

(available here in Australia fairly easily)

This would save the need for a seperate linux box doing VPN stuff and
accounting.
