[clug] squirrel mail and DST

It's php5. In /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini it states

[Date]
; Defines the default timezone used by the date functions
;date.timezone =

unless there's another file hiding somewhere....Just installed locate to 
check and there doesn't seem to be any.
