It was one of the small ones - so presumably it was a fairy (aka
'little') penguin

Though maybe it grew into a huge man-eating monster after biting
Linus? Given the size of a current Linux install image versus the
install image of the time, it's clear that things associated with
Linus tend to grow quite rapidly :-)

Has anyone had their finger bitten by a 2.6 kernel lately?
