[clug] Records Management Software

Hi all!

Just needing a virtual finger to point me in the right direction.  I 
need to learn about a records management system that I believe is 
referred to as DM95 (and it's predecessor DM85). Have no clue who 
produces it or even what OS it operates on (but presuming it is M$).

Anyone know what it is and/or played with it?
