Now I think the interesting part is that:
A) DAFF starts by clarifying that they as an body have issued this email.  I
would have thought that would help me should I try to sue them
B) You are not allowed to take action in reliance upon this information if
you are not the intended recipient.  Not just a warning - you're simply not
allowed.  DAFF has prohibited you.

Interesting disclaimer.

By replying and copying part of your email am I doing something wrong?  
Do I need to consult my lawyer?  Can this email legally be part of the 
list archive?

Not to mention, how can I tell if I am the intended recipient without 
being psychic?

(Sorry, I'm dealing with disclaimers like this where I work at the 
moment.)
