No, it's a lovely town. Well educated people, generally high incomes, 
lots of tech stores (the first three are related, but you also need to 
remember that Boeing is the biggest emploter in town). Nice climate 
(warmed than Canberra in Winter, and cooler than Canberra in Summer. 
Spread out and not too built up like Canberra.
