In actual fact there is network provisioning work to be done to enable
_any_ video channels so subscribing to TransWEB and securing an ISG
(VDSL) modem is not enough to watch TV on PC. One must have either the
TransTV product or a package containing both TV and Web.
Disney is not a "premium" channel in the sense that it comes with the
base TransTV bundle. It is different because it is encrypted unlike the
other broadcast channels in the base bundle (at present).
