Hi folks

for lack of a more desriptive subject, here is my question(s) :)

I am running exim on a debian box and although my logs show nothing
greatly untoward, I am wondering if there are ways that the less
desirable elements on the net can be using my box to relay or originate
spam?

I know spam is a subject we generally wish wasn't, so whilst on the
subject, does anyone have a good suggestion to restrict the volume of
spam at the server end?
