I have seen these on the client side, which is a DWL 650 PCMCIA running
David's orinoco driver. This is normally crappy card speak for:

 - ifconfig eth1 down
 - physically eject card
 - reinsert

And then it works for days and days again. I have never seen this problem
with the hostap code though...
