It's only US$24.95, per domain, for a lifetime membership on dyndns.org 
using their Custom DNS service.  As a bonus you can apply it to whatever 
domain you like (assuming you can delegate it to them).  It sure beats
setting up and administering all that TSIG crap yourself.
