2.4.20 reboots instantly?

Hey,

I've never seen this one before. Using lilo and linux 2.4.20 on a Pentium
200, LILO says "Loading 2.4.20..............................." and then
resets the machine.

2.2.20 boots just fine, and 2.4.20 is using a kernel config which worked
fine on other machines. I have run /sbin/lilo and all that.

Any hints as to where to even start debugging this?
