The only way I know of is to ask the 'apt' bot on the OpenProjects IRC
network. It's usually in the #debian channel. Fire up an IRC client and
connect to irc.openprojects.net, then:
/join #debian
/msg apt find <filename>
Full paths don't seem to work, just filenames.
