ANU has to pay for the internal traffic same as everyone else -
that's part of the deal they cut to host mirror.aarnet in the first
place. 

However, if you're accessing mirror.aarnet through the ANU web proxy
you only get 'charged' at one quarter the normal rate - you can grab
160MB from a full quota. Not enough for ISOs, but enough to track
Debian unstable, mostly . . .
