should be no more WinMail.DAT attachments..... Apologies.....

Note, the real solution is to politely inform the offender of how to
best configure LookOut! to not do this.  Anyone who knows could perhaps
write a VB Script app they could attach in email to this list that does
it ;)

PS: the real _real_ solution is to not use LookOut! however I accept
some people get no choice.
