[linux-cifs-client] Re: CIFS stopped working yesterday - "ls", reports "Invalid argument"

This was a bug introduced in the FC kernel by a non-cifs related patch 
(which shrunk recommended i/o sizes and caused cifs readdir to 
prematurely run out of space as a sideeffect).   I added a workaround 
fix - and I believe they have now included this fix in their kernel.  
mainline kernel is also  ok.  There is a fedora bug for this 211070
