[distcc] invoking distcc with !gcc

Hi Abhi,

Cesar and I are working on solving this very issue. We actually released one
patch (before we realized that there are issues with it :( ) to provide
multiple compiler support (we're concentrating on cl but what the basis of
our work can be used add other compilers too).

After we re-release our patch.

We'd welcome your help and support so if you'd like to contact us off list
I'm sure we can come to some arrangement,
